I've decided to start this blog in hopes of improving my play while moving up the poker ranks. I've got a nice start and am now looking to take the next step. The majority of this blog will be poker related so feel free to leave any comments about hands, etc.
I joined Cardrunners in Dec. of 2006 and have done reasonably well over the first six months of playing cash games. I started with about $500 on Pokerstars and have made a little over 5k counting FPP bonuses. Nearly all of my hands are at 50nl but I started playing 100nl beginning in May. I've been basically break even at the 100nl level and have cashed out a good amount.
I haven't played nearly enough over the last month or so due to moving into a new house among other things. I plan to make one last cashout at Pokerstars and move my entire roll to Full Tilt in order to take full advantage of rakeback. I will be starting with $3,000 on July 1st at 100nl and I plan to start mixing in some heads up with my 6 max play. I will try to update almost every day. Enjoy the blog.
